House Panel to Hold Hearing on FEC, Bloggers

Yes, the Roberts confirmation hearing is vitally important and the Hurricane Katrina recovery news continues to be tragic must-reading, but Leviathan never rests and other critical issues remain, none more so vital than the FEC's proposal to regulate political speech on the Internet.
