Do Not Miss MRC's Brent Bozell Versus Mary Mapes (Formerly of CBS) on C-SPAN2's "After Words" Saturday, Sunday

This may be the biggest media confrontation of the year, as Media Research Center and long-time mainstream media critic Brent Bozell sits down for a little chat this weekend with former CBS News "60 Minutes" Producer Mary Mapes.

Mapes was the producer of the infamous "60 Minutes" segment last year in which Dan Rather said documents obtained by CBS showed President Bush received special treatment and avoided service in Vietnam while in the Texas Air National Guard.

The documents were exposed by bloggers as forgeries within 24 hours of the program's airing. Mapes recently published a book and maintains to this day that the documents were never actually proven to be bogus.

And Elvis is flippin' burgers with Buddy Holly in Seattle, too!

Anyway, the hour-long interview was recorded yesterday and will air on C-SPAN2 on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 8:00 p.m. EST and again on Sunday, Dec. 4, at 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST. If you don't have cable or satellite TV with C-SPAN2, find a neighbor who does. If none of your neighbors have C-SPAN2, check into a local motel that does because you don't want to miss this one.
