HELP! Does Anybody Else Have This Disappearing Sidebar Problem?

Well, here we go again. You may have noticed that for nearly a week now the sidebar for this blog has been at the bottom of the page. Nothing I have done, including trying a new format has fixed the problem. This is the second time it's happened in recent months and I am totally perplexed.

If anybody has any ideas on what might be causing this aggravating problem and how to fix it, please let me know ASAP. I would like to stay with Blogger and I've heard more than a few horror stories of the difficulties encountered by other bloggers when they switched platforms.

But time is running out to get this nagging problem fixed.
