MEDIA ALERT: Going on NPR's KQED at Noon EST

It's the 9:00 am PST Michael Krasny Forum out of San Francisco. Here's how the KQED web site describes the program for today:

"National Security Archive - Forum looks at the development of the National Security Archive as an outgrowth of the Freedom of Information Act, and the growing international trend towards implementation of similar legislation.
"Guests include: Tom Blanton, executive director of the National Security Archive; Robert Zelnick, chair of the journalism department at Boston University and a research fellow at the Hoover Institution; Juan Pablo Guerrero, commissioner at the Federal Institute for Access to Information in Mexico; and Mark Tapscott, director of the Heritage Foundation's Center for Media and Public."
