Say "Merry Christmas" to the ACLU!

Kevin "Musclehead" McCullough of New York's WMCA radio has a novel idea about how Christians should respond to efforts by groups like the ACLU to force our culture to stop publicly celebrating Christmas and replace it with "Happy Holidays."

Kevin says send ACLU a "Merry Christmas" card. Makes sense to me, especially in view of the Lord's admonition in Proverbs 25:21-22 that we should respond to enemies by giving them food and water, if they are hungry or thirsty, because that will heap coals of fire on their heads.

And when the fire burns, barriers between enemies come down. Wouldn't it be wonderful for the barriers between Americans on Christmas to come down?

Here's the ACLU National Headquarters address:

"Wishing You a Merry Christmas"
125 Broad Street
18th Floor
New York, NY 10004

And Rick Moore at Holycoast.com has more suggestions and a link to the ACLU's directory of local chapters. I don't agree with his suggestion of a fake donation, however.

Go here to find out more about what Musclehead is up to on Christmas.
